Wow, I can imagine this becoming a movie and people claiming the ring of set is taken from Lord of the Rings. "My Ring - stolen from me", totally gollum-like, which is wierd, this was published in the 30s, and the lord of the rings was published in the 50s, though tolkien worked on it practically his whole life.

Well, This and the Hobbit were written in the 30's. Both have a magic ring or sumthing.......
