There are two levels of concentration. The first level it's necessary to overcome usual condition of our dispersion (for example, I want to eat a delicious food and be at the same time slim and strong). The next level of concentration means to merge with the object by seeing or thinking or process by acting. When I am eating I am only eating, walking, working, reading and e.c.

I believe you are referring, first, to the 6th limb of Yoga as codified by Pantanjali in the Yoga Sutras, called Dharana, which is concentration. When performed well, you are enabled to practice the next step called Dhyana, which is meditation. Followed by Samadhi, Complete Union in Oneness.

@@angeloiodice9304 Analytically we can divide concentration and meditation, but in reality they are going almost together.

@@mulen-x8u Experientially different, though. Concentration starts out with you on one end, and your object of concentration on the other. You are seeking to merge. And, Samadhi, well, let me not be foolish enough to even adopt another’s words for something that is experientially beyond my grasp at the moment.

Trance states have nothing to do with any "god". God is a b.s. concept.
