I have listened to Kamelot in over 20 years, and I think Kamelot and Roy did the right thing. To split up. Kamelot has a slightly change in the music. I would say for the better. The old Kamelot was not bad at all. Actually one of the best symphonic metal band that was at that time. But I think they are better now.

OMG, do you have an idea of how many years I've waited in Azkaban for this to happen? All of you sounds so mature but timeless, and Roy's years in Kamelot definitely had a role in his more lyrical/symphonic aproach in this revanped version. Honestly, I'm unable to choose between the original and 2021 one, but this one sounds so polished, less harsh, the instruments perfectly mixed. Is a win! And look man, THE coat is back. This is superb, ROLL THE FIRE 🔥
