Beautiful ideas tying complexity and language and language models. There are definitely some practical organizational alignment tips in there. Some of the meta-metaphors ran thin towards the middle, but they succeeded in activating an aporetic state, from which the heuristics for identifying latent meaning from context could crystallize.

The theoretical metaphor stuff in the beginning is hard to get through, but at some point it gets more practical

The weird thing about metaphors is that they are extremely practical in that we can't help but use them to get things done...but the moment you start examining their use and origins, they become the source of perplexity.
