I personally can trace my family back to at least the 1400's. I saw the Met police dragging peaceful, quiet 'protesters away in handcuffs regardless of age. I saw Met police commit brutal thuggery on people, randomly dragged out of the group, handcuffed, 5 blows to the head and a midget police officer was tall enough to land a knee in the face too. This has all been captured on film. I will never forget it or give any trust to the police as I once unquestionably did. In reality we have to accept that the police are a part of the problem. I think local well trained militias of local people should replace the police who should be phased out. This will take some considerable time but it can be done. Decentralisation of power is the first step.
