Confused? LONG STORY SHORT:
My name is Jess! I had a daughter (Lilia) at age 18 w/ my high school sweetheart. We mutually split up & co-parent to this day. I met someone new, got married, had twin boys (Kyson & Kaden) and another son (Landen). He cheated, we split ways, & he’s not around much. After juggling life as a single mom of 4 for some time, I met Chris, he had 2 sons: Caden and Tommy, who eventually became my step sons. After Chris and I got married, we had our 7th child together, Addelyn. We’re one big, complicated, blended family & every second of our story is on KZbin, you can start from the beginning here: • 8 Weeks Pregnant!
FAQ: Yes, we’re done having kids.
FAQ: Names and ages of the kids: Caden (step son, born in 2009), Lilia (daughter, born in 2010), Tommy (step son, born in 2010), Kyson (son, born in 2012), Kaden (son, born in 2012), Landen (son, born in 2014), Addelyn (daughter, born in 2016)
FAQ: Who are the dads? Gabe (Lilia’s dad), Drake (Kyson, Kaden, and Landen bio dad), Chris (Caden, Tommy, Addelyn’s dad)

I get what your saying, I think they just thought it was funny because their kids were on the “most handsome” boys list. everyone is beautiful/handsome so they shouldn’t be saying who is the handsomest, I see what your saying. But it can be a weird and creepy too, but they are okay! (Hope this doesn’t sound rude!) 😊

Hey Jess! Love your videos but honestly I find it kind of weird and honestly concerning that Kyson and Kaden are on a list of "attractive children". Yes they're cute kids. But kids shouldn't be "attractive". No article written by an adult should be calling a child attractive. Especially how everyone is just learning about it, that's kind of creepy. You didn't even know about it. A stranger writing random articles about children being "attractive" is the weirdest behavior. Saying this with all love ❤

it's a content mill website, so basically they write thousands of articles about every topic imaginable to get the most clicks and then make money through ads and amazon. A lot of people search 'most handsome kids in the world'. There's definetly a lot of people creepy people but I don't think anything about that specific site or the person who wrote it is wrong. 99% of their articles aren't about kids :)

Jess, you can go to any Sephora and they have a device that will find you the perfect foundation shade for your skin. Also, they will give you samples of multiple foundations that you can try at home and decide which one you like the best. Because depending on the level of coverage and the finish that you prefer, there are so many different options. But that is definitely where I’d recommend getting started. And a primer and finishing spray or finishing powder will make your foundation last longer and apply more smoothly. But there are some foundations that work just as well sans a primer and finishing spray/powder as they work with those additional products.

I work at Ulta and I feel like your best option is to go to either Ulta or Sephora for some recommendations, so you can also test the makeup on your skin and see how it feels/looks! How are you prepping your skin before makeup? I highly recommend to use at least a moisturizer and spf before applying your foundation, especially with you being super dry and with it being winter will dry you out even more. I like to use a hyaluronic acid serum, moisturizer, and spf to make sure my skin is hydrated before I apply my foundation. A primer could be helpful with your foundation to stop creasing and the Bobbi Brown face base is a primer/moisturizer in one which sounds like would be perfect for you!! And for foundation, my holy grail is the Nars Light Reflecting Foundation. It’s super light weight, hydrating, and has a ton of skin care ingredients in it. Setting spray is also helpful if you don’t use it and my favorite is the Urban Decay All Nighter! Sorry that this is super long but I hope this helps at least a little bit!! 😊❤

Foundation, I’m wearing mac studio fix or Chanel. Makeup is expensive but worth it to get the one that looks great on you. Being color matched too before buying foundation is a saving grace. Anyone at the mall (in a makeup counter) or ulta/Sephora/Mac should be able to color match you. They can also help you with finding a foundation that works with your skin. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and they can even give you a sample to see how you like it before you buy

JESS! You gotta get a good light primer that works with your foundation. I can't stress that enough. I like to go with a good matte, skin blurring primer and a full coverage powder. Set with setting spray. If I want color correction, I go with the cream pallet. If I want to glam it up? Primer, color correction, foundation, setting spray. Finding the right products will equal using less products. Only using foundation, might accent the imperfections. I like Fit Me matte foundation by Maybelline. It's cheap, works for combination skin and works well with other products. They also have a regular dewy foundation for that glow look. When I'm being active outside with the kids. I have this tinted sunscreen made by a local company. That, set with powder, Mascara and I'm out! I do agree with going to Sephora, that's a good place to shop for cheap vs expensive products. But not all the best products have to be expensive. Go with what works for your skin. Hope that works!

MERIT BEAUTY makeup is the only makeup I will ever buy now that I'm getting older. It is very minimalist, and doesn't settle in the wrinkles. It also does not dry out the skin nor cause breakouts (I'm prone to both)! It adds a "healthy" "natural" "glow from within". I have no complaints about it! And their brush (there's only one because it's minimal) for applying the foundation, blush, bronzer, and highlighter is AMAZING! Also, it's not helping your face, wrinkle-wise, to scrub so hard! Girl! Go get a gentle cleanser, like Cedaphil or CeraVe! It removes makeup. You don't need to tug and pull so aggressively on your face with wipes! I can't bare to watch when you do that, lol!

Mac is very heavy feeling and will likely break you out. Born this way is great but very drying so probably not a good combo with your dry skin. Try Dior backstage face and body. It’s very light feeling, has good coverage, and great ingredients. Or for a more inexpensive option try the L’Oréal infallible or L’Oréal true match pro glow. A primer could help but with dry skin, a good moisturizer prior can be just as beneficial. I use Clinique moisture surge. Just make sure to allow time in between steps so the products can soak in. Hope that helps!

There are some primers that are more like a thin lotion/ moisturizer. Typically, from what I've heard and have since started doing is when I use it, I'll let it sit in before moving on to foundation. If you do your makeup shortly after your morning skin routine, you might not need the primer to help. With concealer and foundation, I would go something dewy as it'll hold more moisture. If you start out with a smaller application and build up a little bit, it will also help prevent excess product on the skin. Start with foundation, and after going in with concealer or a little more foundation where you need the extra coverage, it will help lessen the product sitting on the skin and will hopefully help with creasing. I'm 23, and I already have under eye wrinkles due to chronic insomnia and over expression. I feel the struggle.

Are you using moisturizer? I know nothing about makeup but I feel like that might help your skin with the application of makeup. 🤷‍♀ As for teachers, nothing beats gift cards for Target and office supply stores. Seriously, they get so much crap they never use every Christmas and honestly, most of it ends up at the Goodwill. I do adore what you got though!

i use saie and kosas, theyre skin tints and are super hydrating (used them while on Accutane). Another piece of advise is try cos rx's snail mucin essence and the cicaplast by la Roche posay, both products are amazing for dry skin.. best advise for a good base is hydration and prep :)

UMMMMMM its extremely disturbing that an adult wrote an article about the MOST ATTRACTIVE CHILDREN.... How are you normalizing this for your kids instead of teaching them that grown ups should never talk about them this way? We all know exactly who made/searches for those lists. Like wtaf Jess...

Primer is what makes your skin softer your skin has to get use to it though it will make you brake out of a few days and then it will go back to normal

NYX bare with me line is awesome and has some choices in primers. The moisturizing primer is good primer and it’s very light weight. I’ve been using it that brand for years

i went to sephora and i finally decide to do foundation color match, Im netural tone , my face is mixture and oil and dry but lead toward more dry, i use fenty or rare beauty, those work for my skill well i think the foundation you got right now is a bit light but that could just be in video, primer only work for certain people, but i think you should u moisture uunder that foundation, if you like weight, try using Rare Beauty Positive Light Tinted Moisturiser. there a moisturiser but with tint, you dont have to wear foundation and there perfect for no make up make up look!

Have you tried just using a bb cream/tinted moisturizer vs a foundation? I find foundation for cakey on my face so I use Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer.

What is more important than primer and really anything else is to wash your face and moisturize it well. Moisturizer helps makeup stay way longer.

I use the “HangoverRX” primer. It’s a moisturizer & SPF protector in one. Let it dry for a minute on your face & you won’t even feel it 🥰

I always find it interesting as an Australian that people think all Australians have the same 1 accent. There's sooo many variations just like UK has many. In saying that I didnt even know there was others until I started moving around.. I grew up with a city accent, specifically Sydney area. But when I moved to the outback? Boy howdy is that a completely different, you have to get them to repeat themselves several times. And you go other states and they're different again

I’m from the UK and was in Boston earlier this year for a holiday and an American guy asked if I was Australian or British. Really surprised me as the accents sound so different to me. Like you say, so many different accents across the UK and Australia!
