There are concerns over the City of Johannesburg's visible dilapidation, according to residents concerned about service delivery issues. Newzroom Afrika's Nqobile Madlala speaks to some of them.

The landlords stopped paying rates & abandoned the city long ago to go leech off of other people's salaries elsewhere. That is why so many buildings got hjjacked - they were abandoned by greedy, uncaring landlords.
