The MB Band are all well talented, decently charming & resplendent all female sub-classical band that must be of an invaluable & priceless value in DPRK. We may live in utterly different world in terms of political & social system, but the universal language of music may seem to overcome all the barriers. Too bad they can't perform outside their country,,,,Soundly enjoyed & appreciated by their wonderful performance.(03/19/24)

Молодцы Северные Корейцы.Уважение лидеру Киму. Помню,как в апреле 2017 г. в ответ на испытание оружия Д.Трамп собрался атаковать Северную Корею. Ударная группа» ВМС США во главе с авианосцем «Карл Винсон» подхошла к Корейскому полуострову.Казалось атака неотвратима.Но случилось чудо:США развернула свои ВМС и удалилась.В чем дело? Да просто была замечена в Тихом океане, непосредственно у западного побережья США одна единственная северокорейская субмарина,способная нести ядерное оружие. Практически сразу после этого события северокорейский МИД опубликовал военное заявление, адресованное американцам: «Отныне только американцы несут всю ответственность за катастрофические последствия, которые могут повлечь за собой агрессивные действия США». КНДР еще раз прокрутила перед всем миром свое пропагандистское видео, в котором Пхеньян стреляет ядерными ракетами по Вашингтону, Гавайям и Калифорнии. This might be my very favorite Moranbong Band performance. It is obviously a sort of rehearsal for their big New Year's TV special, but in my mind it is better than the New Year's show. I loved hearing "Let's Study" again. I wish they still played that. Although the women looked beautiful in their formal dresses at the New Year's show, the skirts they are wearing here are their trademark. Of course the singing is wonderful and the musicians are unbelievably talented (this is the Moranbong Band after all), but I love their set list here. Lately the Moranbong Band has been toned down and has lost a bit of their edge. But this show was from a time when they were the most rockin' band in the DPRK. My hope is that one day they return to this style. My dream is that they be allowed to tour Canada.

Sounds very authentic. No Irish, Chinese, Russian, or any western influences at all. Pure tradition. Darf jeder Bürger ausreisen? In der DDR durften das nur die Oberen. In Paris hätten sie auch Erfolg. Ob auch auf Koreanisch oder erst auf englisch wissen wir nicht. Gesanglich ist koreanisch schöner als ungarisch oder polnisch aber das ist nur unser Eindruck
