That's what my question is also. I was told that the little snowie can burn out when using it that much.

The Little Snowie has been working great! We have two of them and have only had to use one and have been in business for a year. We have the other just for a backup. We do plan on getting the commercial one soon. Thanks for watching

We are working on that now. Right now we just get a temporary food permit when we do big events. Different events have different requirements.
