Concrete and Wood Geometric Collection The Coffee Table

Do u think dowels and glue are as strong as screws or lag screws? I was going to do it this way on my concrete table but was worried about the joints pulling apart with the glue and dowel method? What's your experience, do they hold up? Didn't really enjoy the whole counter sinking and cap doweling process of lag screwing my joints plus some of the bolts broke when being torqued down it was frustrating but I made it work in the end
