Sir, In the design of flexible pavement as per IRC 37 . If the thickness of DBM is 100 mm and is laid in two layers of 50 mm each. Then my question is that whether the Design of DBM 1st layer is of grade -1 and design of DBM 2nd layer is of grade - 2 OR Both the layer is designed as DBM grading - 2 as per thickness basis Please Guide me , Sir

You have both options. Both are okay, but take the first layer as DBM-1 and the second layer DBM-2
