Good to see Civil Engineers showing their professional skills to world. Today construction and quality control has become comparatively easier with introduction of advanced technology still this is a blue collar job. 30 years back there was no communication and transport facility available, engineers were living a miserable life because of low monetary compensation. Opening of economy has transformed the infra sector.

For freezing Condition the use of air entraining agent is mandatory. The air content in the concrete shall be 4+1.5 percent. Satisfactory performance of the admixtures should be proved both on the laboratory concrete trial mixes and in trial paving works. if air entraining admixture is used, the total quantity of air in air-entrained concrete as a 4.5+1.5 percent entrained. 1-send patch method kese kiya jata hai 2-dlc me rolling pass max kitne lgane chahiye 3- apne btaya ki dlc ki width 21.5 m hai to humko pack rod kis tarah se lgaye jisse hamko hmari width proper mil jaye. Mai isi cheej ko ab tak nhi samjh paya hu.mai b ek highway dept me junior engi. Hu.but 3 yr experiance hai. Sir g mene jo question puche h plz reply

This highway has very big flaws -- doesn't have shoulder/breakdown lane for emergency situation for breakdown vehicles or emergency . Shoulders are not intended for use by through traffic, although there are exceptions . Make sure India are making rest area with all facilities .

High wind can easily develop crack in Concrete. As u know PQC laying in maintain slump if high wind velocity u get very less slump ,Higher rate of evporation in high wind.
