Maybe 2 tucks of concrete, rebar and steel door to make that shelter. Total possible cost is $3000 but inflation and pure greed jacks the price up with some insane price!

Prices on thing have gone up a lot for sure. But paying high prices also covers great customer service and a quality/tested product.

Is this a single pour? How is it anchored?

It is a single pour, the model with no bottom is anchored via long bolts drilled into the concrete floor. The outdoor model comes with a floor already which is a part of the single pour

Price varies on size and access, usually in the $4,500-6,500 range as on 1/1/24

Sorry, for me architecturally it looks poor, just a concrete block. There are better shapes if you don't want to go into the ground anymore.
