I want to create my own super strong light weight concrete and use this formula. Thanks 💪🤘👷🏻

Yay! Concrete and math. Does it get any better than this?

Thank You, Sir... it's very helpful.

But how will the test results be available before designing and making it? Sorry if I got this wrong

sir if we are doing test on 3o cylinders does that mean 30 cylinders are made of same ratio or arbitrary ratios? e.g i want fc dash 3000psi so i will make 30 cylinders for this ratio to get standard deviation?

30 different batches means of any strength or the required one?

Thanks for the video...great stuff!! I think I might be missing something on the second equation for calculating F'ct when f'c>5000psi. If my F'c=6000psi, and s=319, then according to the second equation my F'ct=12,142psi...that seems a bit high. The first equation gives me 6427psi, this seems reasonable.

Ok I think I got it...looked into the formula and the second formula for F'c > 5000psi should be F'ct = 0.9F'c + 2.33s...NOT F'ct = F'c + 0.9F'c + 2.33s

Great explanation the over design has to be with statistics !!
