I understand totally that time is money. I just never understood using the concept that someone justifies frustration over time lost vs time paying someone lost if the job gets done by the end of the shift that you were already going to pay them through anyway for that day. If you had to come back the next day and reschedule a pour or use extra hours I can understand. It just didn’t seem to be the case here.

Wow... How old is Jnr? That photo of him in 2017 is so sad to see that he's doubled in size. His health is clearly taking a turn for the worst and it has to be affecting his sleep. He's such a nice lad too, I'm positive that all of his fans here and of course the crew and Ryan are 100% behind him, but does he have any health issues that have caused him to double in size or is it just poor diet? I'm sure many fans would love to know as we all like him and want to see him healthy and happy, but the poor lad can barely fit into a huge pickup truck... How long before we dont see him anymore because he cant fit into a truck or sleeps so bad that he cant be safe on a job site... I'd hate that for him and I'm sure many others would too. I had to make some life changes in 2021 due to piling it on and how it was affecting my back, so I cant imagine the problems its causing Jnr... I was nowhere near the size he was 5 years ago too... Whatever he's struggling with, I hope he finds help soon before it's too late to come back from it... I mean all of that from the nicest possible place too...

It would be hard for JR to change his eating habits, when his Dad has the IQ of a houseplant. More often than not, SR does not know which way is up. He needs someone to help him cut his carbs down to 10-20 per day and replace those carbs with RED MEAT and the weight will fall off quick AND he will start feeling 150% better.

That is the worst thing is when the Redi-Mix truck is late, you are paying money for the guys to stand around. In the afternoon that's one thing, but first pour of the day the truck should be on time, it screws the rest of the day. I hate to say it, there is no reason for a guy to be standing around with hands in pocket while pouring, there is always something for a guy to do. .

Make them start discounting it when theyre late time is money your time is as important as theirs they are making you later in getting jobs done. I would demand $100discount for every hour starting out if they dont learn then send them an invoice for $500 per hour of tardiness on their part they are a business and should be able to hold their end of the agreements and obligations up

I hate to see this kind of preventable stuff so I'll say it before it's too late. Darryl jr. needs to start losing weight or he has little chance of making it past 60. If you see this Darryl please start with just walking a couple miles *every day* and eating less for a few months. Then you will be able to do more and more with your body and eventually within a year, if you keep to it consistently, you could be back to the size you see in that old picture in no time.
