CONCRETING WITH THE FORDSON DEXTA AND TEAGLE MIXER

Thank you for another interesting and enjoyable video. In the 70s when people were importing their own tractors, we had a dear neibour who had Dexta tractor which hunted and the 3 point linkage rose and fell. When his dear wife got stiff and couldn't walk to mass. He put an arm chair in his side opening cow box and she travelled in style. I borrowed a teagle mixerwhen we built our house we used our 1957 Ferguson 35 which had live drive. Believe it or not we mixed all the concrete our selves with no readimiix.

That Dexta brings me back I learned to drive on one of those it had a loader on it and no power steering link box on the back with concrete blocks for counter balance . Wishing you all a happy healthy 25 .

I bet there are no bugs in that beam in the shed after Declan started that tractor 🤣 nothing like mixing up a bit of concrete for a small job! Those little jobs that make a big difference. Hi Laura. Hope ye'd a lovely Christmas, I'm sure you were busy in the head chef in the Lá Forge kitchen! 😉 Ask your dad if that is a standard or a "super" dexta? The super dexta was a weapon on the road!! Is he sorry to have sold the Ford 3000/3600? Ive never seen a one since with the back window. That was a lovely tractor. Take Care ❤
