Condemned building collapses in Manchester

A condemned building in Pittsburgh's Manchester neighborhood collapsed Thursday.

Apparently, in Pittsburgh, buildings that could collapse, don’t get dressed until they “get this”, collapse. The city of New Orleans they did nothing. I don’t think this is a building collapse. I think the front wall of the building fell off exposing in the interior. It looks like the roof is intact.

Well those buildings are old and dilapidated. Not surprising!
