No this not right because the carbon next to >c=c< is called alpha carbon & hydrogen atoms on it is called alpha hydrogen's .

I apologize dear but this is a problem from youtube side & only for this chapter so for solving this problem download a particular lecture ( for this chapter only ) then there is no mismatching of voice & video .
