For Dough:
- 1.8 cup Lukewarm Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Instant yeast
- 2 tbsp Condensed milk
- 2 cup Bread flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
For Filling:
- 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1.5 tbsp Condensed milk
- 4 tsp Milk powder
