મારા બધા આયુષ મિત્રો, કૃપા કરીને આ સંદેશને ધ્યાનથી વાંચો અને સમજો. હું જોઈ શકું છું કે તમે બધા નજીકના ભવિષ્ય વિશે ખૂબ જ ચિંતિત છો પરંતુ મિત્રો, આ રીતે મતદાન કરવા અથવા જૂથમાં ચર્ચા કરવાથી કોઈ પરિણામ આવવાનું નથી. સરકાર અને IMA માત્ર ઇચ્છે છે કે અમે આ ચર્ચામાં સામેલ રહીએ અને તેઓ એક પછી એક આયુષ ડૉક્ટરોના ક્લિનિક્સને સીલ કરી દે અને અમારું મનોબળ તોડી શકે. તેથી હું તમને બધાને વિનંતી કરું છું કે કૃપા કરીને તમારા વિસ્તારના તમામ આયુષ ડૉક્ટરોને એકઠા કરો અને વિસ્તાર મુજબની બેઠકો કરો અને જેઓ જવાબદારી લઈ શકે તેમને વિસ્તાર મુજબના નેતા બનાવો. રાજ્ય સ્તરે હડતાળ ત્યારે જ શક્ય બનશે જ્યારે આપણી પાસે વિસ્તાર મુજબના નેતાઓ હશે અને આપણે દરેક વિસ્તારમાં દરેક આયુષ ડોક્ટર વિશે જાણીશું. જો આપણે અત્યારે હડતાળનું એલાન કરીએ તો પણ કશું થવાનું નથી અને આપણે બધા મળીને આયુષના અડધા ડોકટરો પણ મેળવી શકીશું નહીં. અને તેનું એક જ કારણ હશે કે અમારો સંદેશ દરેક વિસ્તારમાં નહીં પહોંચે. તેથી, મહેરબાની કરીને સૌપ્રથમ નજીકના કોઈપણ સાર્વજનિક ઉદ્યાનમાં તમારા વિસ્તાર મુજબના ડોકટરોની મીટીંગ યોજો અને તે પછી દરેક વિસ્તાર મુજબના આગેવાનોની યાદી તૈયાર કરો અને તેને ગ્રુપને મોકલો. તે પછી તમામ નેતાઓ એક બેઠક કરશે, ત્યારબાદ તેઓ જે પણ નિર્ણય લેશે તેની મોટી અસર અમારી સરકાર પર પડશે. આ એકમાત્ર વિકલ્પ છે, નહીં તો આપણે બધા એક પછી એક ઓછું થશે . તેથી તમારા વિસ્તારમાં એકતા બનાવો જેથી જે પણ પગલું ભરવાનું છે તેની માહિતી દરેક વિસ્તારના દરેક ડોક્ટર સુધી પહોંચી શકે. અને પછી જો હડતાળ કરવી પડે અને દરેક વિસ્તારના આગેવાનો પોતાના વિસ્તારના તમામ ડોકટરોને તે હડતાલમાં સામેલ કરી શકે અને સરકારને મોટી અસર કરી શકે. તો મારી આપ સૌને વિનંતી છે કે પહેલા વિસ્તાર મુજબ એકતા બનાવો, ત્યાર બાદ જ આપણે રાજ્યવાર હડતાળ વિશે વિચારી શકીશું, નહીં તો હવે હડતાળ પર જઈશું તો તે આપણી હાર સાબિત થશે. ડૉ. બાદલ ગુપ્તા (અમદાવાદ) નું નમ્ર સૂચન
