The last example is interesting. It's like the tenses from both clauses have been reversed. Normally i would think to say something like: اگه صدای موزیک بلند باشه، کمش می کنم.

Shouldn't it be :"Agar Baran Bi ayad, Khaneh mi muniim"? As an urdu speaker, the words were formally introduced in Urdu. I think the difference is the dialect affecting the spelling somehow.

I believe urdu is heavily influenced by persian especially since persian was spoken in the indian subcontinent before urdu

Why do you think it should be bokhorim? Bokhorim is subjunctive form, it is used in 'if' clause, not in result part.
