I just need one suggestion from u pls....i got job in INFOR(product based company) and another company EY(Service based company) as BI consultant. Which will u suggest for me as a women im just confused to take decision which will give peace of mind in work? @@gurunathad13

@@priyankapinky4769 For long term plan choose product base company...where salary increment is dependent on product growth ... Growth is tangible it can be 10% or 200% .. Project based companies are which totally dependent on their clients projects again growth is dependent on no of project company is handling... Pressure will be high to meet deadlines and lots of meetings So my take that you should go for product base company.. growth will slow but steady and pressure will be low and here you can work for long term ..and progress...Thanks 🙏
