This video demonstrates how we condition our puppies (and older dogs) to be handled using our Klimb and Cato platform board. We use markers to teach our dogs to get on a platform and stay there. Once this is done we use markers and the platforms to check their ears, teeth, nails, and grooming. This work also helps on vet visits where the Vet will examine the dog while it’s on a table.

I would add taking pills to the list. I started my GSD as a pup with kibble. She's 10 now, and needs some supplements & an anti-inflammatory. If I say "Let's take your meds," she comes trotting.
