Dude is winning and doing it correctly. My lady (Filipina) is close to my age and in great shape. Last June we traveled to Pattaya for 2 weeks and we had a blast. I plan to continue my annual trip to Thailand but I’m not prepared to move to Thailand. Good luck, sir.

Nice my brother very nice. I'm going going to retire there with my lady next year. See is coming from China and I'm coming from the states. I have already reprogrammed myself for the small space. @myopiniondontcount No, I watched, plus I have been researching and watching videos for 6 months now lol. I rather keep my budget lower, so that means getting something smaller. That's all. Night market right beside the condo is a plus, Riviera Ocean Drive and Riviera Jomtien are way better, you should definitely tour those if you haven't already.

This was interesting because I've heard a couple different people talk about the bedrooms in these condos were very small. Now i see it seems like they were trying to explain why come they were not in this particular condominium😂😂😂 the kitchen was small but I like how it was closed off. You actually surprised me bro cuz I thought you were going to be one of those that put his face in to every shot😂😂😂

Nice amenities, but I wish that the builders would consider more living space. Cheap, but expensive considering the amount of space you get.

You pay way too much for amenities. Also the layout is really bad. You should have the kitchen in front at the door and the living room close to the window.

Stayed there last year. The apartments are too small and the decor and design is horrible. Didnt like the furnishings either. On the other hand, the facilities are amazing.
