I stayed at the Gramercy back in 2019, in a studio up on the 47th floor. I enjoyed my stay there. The staff was really nice, the gym and the pool was nice. And being able to walk next door to the Century City mall was a plus. Great video...Salamat

I'll go for the Trump Tower condo -- for my wife and me. Can easily afford it -- but we're safely and securely ensconced in our home in the U.S.A. for now. Great video... sorry we didn't catch it when it first came out. We found you only a month or two ago and are working our way back through your video catalog and also catching new ones when they come out. Love your editing, mood music, and cheery,informative commentary. Hope you stay well and prosper through to the end of the pandemic and wayyyyy beyond!

The fridge is built into the cabinet. You can see there's a split for the refrigerator and freezer sections on the right side of the kitchen.

I live in trump now the condo on 9th floor u saw is about 90k pesos now which the usual 05 condos r between 90-100k pesos but 03 side starts at 150k pesos which i lived the both idk about C or A units but hope to be cheaper😂

It's all based on demand. Metro Manila has POGOS, BPOs and Call Centers. The workers in those sectors which includes Foreign executives and IT managers require a convenient place to live.

Poor design on that Trump unit. The bathroom should always be outside the bedroom for one-bedroom units unless there's a connecting door from the living room area. The reason for that is when you have guests over, they will have to enter the bedroom to access the bathroom. As for the missing fridge, I can easily tell the owner incorporated the refrigerator inside the cabinets for a sleek look.
