Thanks again Claudia! I think our language has a lot of spanish language to it since our country was colonized by the spaniards. Actually my grandmother is half Spanish.... English is our second Language here in the Philippines so majority can actually speak English.. I started speaking more in English since a lot of my viewers are requesting so they would also understand, haha...

Siguro palitan yung partion ng corrugated glass divider para lumiwanag masakit sa ulo kapag puro artificial lights. Hindi naman all the time nasa bedroom ka. 2, di naman siguro kailangan ng block out curtains since sabi mo morning light naman sayang. Lastly, nakukulangan ako sa storages.

Hi Cling I only do minor renov, demolishing that partition would count as major renov plus the owner doesn't want to remove it since it'll be for rental. Same with the storages and the curtains these are requested and approved by the client so I have to comply with their request while still keeping it within their budget and still look aesthetically pleasing...😊

Help me understand something after watching a couple of your videos why is there no stovetop and/or oven?

Hi Di! For this project I quoted an oven with stovetop but they prefer to have the metal and glass extension instead and went for a portable electric cooktop since this unit is going to be for rental... Almost the same reason for the studio makeover the owner also prefers portable cooktop that she can hide after use as she wanted more counter space and she told me she often cook... Its quite common here for small spaces...😊
