It looks amazing! Simple, clean lines, elegant & spacious . Tip to anyone on a tight budget: to make a plain mirror into an "industrial" panelled one, use matte black electrical tape. It looks exactly the same. ♥️😁

In general, your makeovers all have the exact same aesthetic, which fits so many peoples needs. I tend to like to make spaces a little more customized to the client and also I tend to like to give clients more kitchen functionality. If you are putting in a full size fridge, then they need appliances to cook with. There are so many small oven choices to choose from and some good counter height refrigerator options. Although budget can be an issue, when you consider the costs of eating meals out, you make out much better by investing in the appliances.

I prefer if you make a window between the bed room and the sitting area it will allow the day light to come inside and also allow an easy communication with the outside and the owner can put a curtain from inside and can close the window if he has guests at time of sleep

It is a really nice transformation, I like it. I like that you post things for us commoners. Usually, remodelling and transformation videos are for property that is not accessible to the vast majority. One question that was on my mind the entire time, though, is why the bedroom is in the room with the only window. I would have instinctively put the bedroom in the other room, where the couch is, and I would have put the dining area where you put the TV. In the other room, I would have put the couch where the bed is, and I would have put the TV next to the dresser, over the desk. The reasoning is that people mostly spend time in a bedroom when there is no natural light, whereas a living room needs natural light.

Thank you Gomba13! Glad you like it! 😊 This is not actually a typical 1BR, its actually a Studio which the developer put in a divider and consider it as 1BR... I actually get your point but I would say people living in condos here in Metro Manila prefers bedroom located near a window aside from wirings and all are pre-designated by the developer which cannot be easily or are prohibited from being relocated. It would also be ideal if living/dining area are adjacent to the kitchen instead of a bedroom... If you notice the layout upon entry is already the kitchen if we put the bedroom just after it there won't be privacy unless you close off the area which is not possible as the space is too small and the air and light flow would be affected. With the dining I also consider putting it on tv area but upon measuring the space is way tight that if put the tv hanging on the bathroom wall it would be too close... Layout can still be reconfigured though by removing or adjusting the existing partition but I am only asked to do the makeover without altering any existing structure... Maybe I'll do it on my future projects if clients agrees to it...😊
