I got a brief tour of these units about a week ago. I believe the purchase price for a studio was just under $200k USD. Rent was about $400 per month, estimated utilities and association fees add about $160 more. Amount depends on actual square footage and use of course. A one bedroom rented for about $700 per month plus fees and utilities. Very, very nice. Location was within a 3 minute walk to the Ayala mall and Metra (Huge grocery store).
