I am getting this beauty in mail soon,i only order from Lamnia in Finland(from Norway) and i have been waiting for one for years now;-) Suddenly they had it,when i was ordering it we suddenly had innternett problems. So when it was okay again, they only had one left. I allmost missed it phuhh, that would have been a terrible day, that is for sure:-)) It looks allmost the same old millitary Engineer Bolo, just thicker and more solid, and with a better edge type. They often had horn grips ,but also wodden ones. I am really looking forward too have it in my hands. I have many of the machetes and som knives, they make and they are all Joe Flowers designs, like them alot. The Amalgam machete is also one you may like weaponwise,it's a really good one.also great in the forrest.

I’ve had mine for years, since the 1st or 2nd year it was released. A good knife that has held up well. An excellent chopper if the target is no higher than shoulder height, after that for me the job best be quick or fatigue will set in. No complaints from me.

One must be comfortably seated before wielding such a powerful blade

Absolutely my favorite by far after 6 years in hard use up north in the bush it is the best. I used to work at the Cutting Edge Cuttlery co. here in Regina, Saskatchewan and I bought it from there. I never buy online unless it is from a trusted source with some guarantee that it is authentic because there are so many cheap Chinese knockoffs out there. Condor uses traditional German steels and forging methods in El Salvador factory by people who really care and do a quality test very similar to the British Proof test used on swords. I just got the German Aviator machete based off and old German, Swiss "Messer", Prussian "Fascine" or Falchion design and I am very excited about it. I will be posting the video on this very soon. I highly recommend both. Good luck

Snaped just if he chopped some ironmetal with it or some stone

I have had one for years. I have a really hard time believing that you could snap the blade on this thing I've never seen a heavier machete.
