Condor MDR11 Pressure Switch Installation

I have a Campbell Hausfeld Air Compressor (3.5HP, 11 gallon) made in 1996. Recently the plastic button controlling the pressure switch broke.
I replaced the entire unit with a Condor MDR11 Pressure switch, showing the wiring and all connections. Once I got the correct parts, installation was a breeze.
This switch is the 105psi - 135psi model.
There are two other switches for higher pressures.
Parts required:
1. Condor switch
2. Regulator
3. Double-male connector to connect Regulator to switch
4. One or two Pressure gauges
5. 4 Electrical terminals
6. Pressure relief valve

Thanks for posting this. I am doing the same replacement on an old Speedaire 2HP compressor and this has been very helpful. Could have bought a new compressor but this thing is made in the USA and I couldn't see trashing it for something inferior.

That was a great video, great explanation. Very detailed and thorough. When you were trying to talk over the air pressure release was kinda hilarious. I just installed the same model switch but for some reason the switch itself dumps all and any pressure above 1 if the switch is on the off setting but builds pressure no problem. I came to this video hoping to learn how to adjust kick in and kick on psi but I’ll keep looking

Hey I bought a 60 gallon dewalt I adjusted that screw to the + I found out i wasn’t supposed to so I lowered it ugh people are saying. It could blow up be safe any suggestions how to set it to the rite setting

What kind of outlet connection did you use?

I put a quick connecter on it to accommodate my coiled plastic air line.
