I understand our guardian not instantly attacking because Osiris is mortal with no shield and using our powers or causing the vex to shoot back could kill him…..but why we didn’t just send them away and beat the crap out of Maya on the other hand….

@@LapisTriangle why not try? She just threatened to kill everyone in Sol. And even if I didn’t have knowledge of the leaked cutscene for act three proving how not invincible she is, the idea that our guardian just wusses out when we’re more powerful than we’ve ever been is comical

@@LapisTriangle don’t get me wrong, I love destiny, and this is far from the first time something like this has happened. In witch queen’s ending I gave the guardian a pass since we were probably tired after fighting Savathun and the traveler distracted us from grabbing immaru I still say the moment our ghost was floating up into the veil and we did nothing but point a gun at it was one of the most baffling stupid moments in video game history. We had three times the amount of time we did with immaru to do something. The fact that our guardian hesitated killing our ghost was fine, but the problem was our guardian didn’t just do what Eremis showed us and non-lethally freezing it with a stasis blast or ya know…..GRAB IT WITH THE POWER WE SPENT THE ENTIRE CAMPAIGN MASTERING, was a such a face palm inducing moment that it still bugs me. True fans are willing to admit such flaws in things they love

People keep thinking it is Lakshmi. It isnt. Lakshmi IS dead. And Maya Sundaresh is also dead. She died in the cloud ark prototype chair. This is just one of her many copies. This was her original exo. Thats why she ask "is a facsimile its archtype?" Meaning is a copy its own originator/original? Not even the conductor is the original. Any exo that is currently living is a mental duplicate of the original person. Just like how Clovis has 2 versions of himself and just like how Elizabeth (exo stranger) had a copy of herself that tried to fight or foil clovis's plan and was killed. The elsie we know is a 2nd backed up copy that dont have the memories of Elsie-1. Imagine if maya's body was on earth to be resurrected by a ghost with no memory who exist parallel to her copy (lakshmi and/or conductor). Would be very interesting
