I had a Merc 300d for many years, same body but diesel engine. It was as slow as a push bike but I loved that thing, alas 4 years ago it was falling apart at 600k km so sold it off, all it needed was new tyres. Worst decision of my life.

You had a w124, this chassis is the w201, i have a w201 2L diesel hahaha 75hp, now that is slow, amazing car tho, 500k Km
