'Coney Island Ray' by Andy J Gallagher

Andy was one of my first mates when I moved to London in 1985, we used to drink in Soho, had a shit band when we lived in Walthamstow, used to go to Socialist Worker meetings, we saw The Ramones togther at Hammersmith Palais, saw Billy Brag at Red Wedge in Harlesden. Then we lost touch for 33 years but recently got togther again and for old times sake we made a promo film for 'Coney Island Ray' a track off his latest album 'Ego', the release postponed this year for obvious reasons. Another mate, John Laws (or was it Jon Lawes?) from South Shields hasn’t been seen since but he'll still be wearing a biker jacket. If you see this John, get in touch mate, I still owe you fifteen quid.
