I was listening to your reading on the way home from work and a few things jumped at me. Maggots remind me of Slipknot, which was huge when we were teenagers. Then when I merged onto the tollway, I was behind a pickup truck that had license plate with his initials. Then, I saw the same make/model car he drives zoom past me.
