For all your content ❤️ Im a new sub for about 3 weeks now...and I'm watching at least 3 videos of yours a day. Thanks Tim for the time you make to do these interviews with the new traders in 2021. Unlike back in my time....traders are usually (no offense to anyone) older than 30 - so these newbies are from a younger generation, capitalizing on digital platforms, learning off of new platforms (communities like reddit and YB university etc) and making something of themselves...helping their parents, paying off loans....showing off 🥴 yet their having fun enjoying their early years and actually doing it....making new trends /setting new goals / and changing the trace world. I do feel regulation will come from it. However until then....Im rooting everyone on!!! Keep going hard everyone while you can!! I wish...I wish.. YB or these tools were available in my 20's. I definitely would have been a millionaire!!! Shout out to JACK'S MOM!! Dad also. They're the real VIPs Super thanks Tim. U don't owe us anything. So Thank you for sharing ur time with the world.

Yes finally bro, been waiting for this interview to drop for the longest👌. Y’all are the biggest motivation, big respect for the both of y’all. 😁🤝💯💯💯. Thanks Jack for inspiring me to keep going hard and trust the “Process over Profits”. That for sure is keeping me motivated and knowing all this hard work will pay off (manifesting the dream)😁. If y’all are in Tampa, Fl ✈️ hit me up and I’ll treat y’all to a beer or some food, I owe y’all and that’s my word😁🤝💯💯💯

Hi Jack! I really respect you and your transparency! You story is exciting! I just want to say a word for the restaurant manager. You see, thirty people were waiting for their cars. They were nervous, a little bit angry, you know. They were just humans. You was doing your best, but... it was not about you. The manager wanted to calm them, to show them that he was doing everything he can, to make them happy. They were the CLIENTS. He can do nothing, so he make a little show for them. That's the plays rule.

At 59:26 " I can do better than them" , I like that. That is totally me. That is what makes trading so attractive to me. No one can fire you for over achieving. Your merits will shine through and you will get rich if you truly are better than them. Congratulations on your success!!!

Thank you Jack for the honest story. I learned so much from hearing you ... I have a tough time taking losses too. End up bag holding and then selling for a small panic driven profit watching it run instead of using stop loss to lock in profit and riding the run. Or holding hoping instead of taking a small loss finally just bite the bullet and sell with a big loss. Always thinking it will bounce back. Trading psychology is definitely my weak area

I did valet while in college and made good money in tips driving a few high end cars. There was a lady who was in with the Pittsburgh penguins and she showed early one afternoon for a game. Out of all the valets who worked there I was the first to actually ask her name. Really nice lady to talk to and drove an 08 audi a8 and tipped really good. The most expensive car I drove was a Bugatti roadster and the owner left with the fob I didn't realize it until the car started beeping and I knew I couldn't shut it off so I drove around the building twice till I found him. Amusing part is he acted like I was bothering him when I asked him for his fob from the car. You can't fix stupid. I drove an 05 gt500kr and behind the building I had about a 500 foot stretch so I opened her up to about 60 in 1st gear and then stopped.

'Cutting losses quickly' is an interesting one. Surely it's cutting losses quickly within the confines of a proven system/edge? i.e. minimising your risk as much as you can without comprising hit rate. If your risk is too tight and unreasonable you'll cut every single one of your trades before it gets going and it'll be death by a thousand cuts.

Congratulations Jack! This post is great and I'm looking forward to seeing the rest when it comes out. The part of this video that I relate to the most is once you got to network with other traders and got that support you got your wheels going. I feel like if I had that same network it would definitely help in some big ways. Don't get me wrong I'm studying!! "STUDY HARD!" But at the end of the day it's still just me over here lol.

I thought he had it harder. My parents have never given me money. Whatever I own, I have worked hard for it on my own. Still respect him for what he has done but I honestly thought he had it harder
@MOTV5833 жыл бұрын
Yeah no hate but it sounds like his parents kept bailing him out like the government bails out Wall Street. That with the luxury of not having to pay bills at home is pretty nice. He had his own struggle, but he had it pretty easy. Not everyone has their parents giving them 5 figures to help them get over the PDT. However, life isn't fair, and every good parent works hard so their kids don't have to start at the absolute bottom. Every parent should give their kids a jumpstart in life if they can afford it. There aren't any rules that says if you started from $0 then your million is worth less than another millionaire that got a startup check from their parents.
@theresourcefulsurvivor96093 жыл бұрын
Bull. Frigging kid had mommy and daddy to bail him out. So he a year or two of 'bad times'. Honestly, if he were MY kid, I wouldn't have helped bail him out. He's a grown adult.

If it’s difficult in the beginning for him to start with all that money he was given, imagine starting working at a $10 an hour job where more than 90% of my money goes to my basic living bills, no savings, and only being able to save less than $100 per month and studying every other minute I’m not working.
