i’m not one to comment anything on posts -I think the average person doesn’t usually. but I felt like I had to say this like genuinely i have never seen a bad picture of Ashtin. you are your harshest critic. ashtin you are so beautiful and most girls wish they looked like you!! I have sisters too so I get comparing but try to remember that you’re also your own person and that you bring something special and unique to you to the table. i’m a fan of you both and you guys are genuinely the best black cat and golden retriever duo!! own who you are because you both are different and yet so similar and the differences between you both compliments eachother. 💕

Love this episode! As a little sister with an older sister who is pretty, I was always told growing up,she’s a beauty pageant queen and you are so cute and small. Like I wanna hear those words that people spoke so highly about her. It’s hard not to compare but later on I I had a “glow up” and I still will never be her because I’m barely 5’1 but we are so different and now I see both have beauty in our ways. Thank you for this episode 🫶🏼

The 2014 fitness scene has been making a comeback and I am NOT thrilled about it. I’ve had eating disorders and the most extreme body dysmorphia since I was 12 and I’m exhausted. I do not want to watch another generation go through it! I actively avoid new year in every way possible because the pressure at this time of year is ridiculous. A reminder for anyone reading this - if your goals are different from someone else’s, that’s okay! For me, I do not need to move more or wake up earlier. In fact, my goals should be sleeping more and moving LESS. And that’s not counterproductive. It’s doing what my body needs. I enjoyed this convo as it’s something I am so wildly passionate about and could talk about all day long. Thank you for sharing your experiences! I know lots of young girls look up to you and you’re both such beautiful role models for them. Your lil sisters are the luckiest! 🥹❤️

Absolutely loved this episode!! I can relate SO much to all of the things you were saying… the world can be such a tough place and we’re told from a young age that we need to be better and look better when in reality we’re all so uniquely beautiful. I’ve been really insecure lately so this episode came at the perfect time. Ty Alix and Ashtin for being transparent and real… ilysm 🫶

This is a great topic to talk about and i am glad someone is. As someone with a binge ED and has struggled with her body image her whole life, it’s tough to constantly hear the media talk about bigger=worse. I know you aren’t meaning to be fat phobic (and a lot of this comes from societal norms) but these conversations tend to have fat phobic tendencies that are extremely tough to hear.
