Any idea why using same data I get z crit one-tail = 3.0902 and z crit two-tail = 3.2905 (for the z-test 2 sample for means)... same mean and z-score for the z-test though!

If you input 0.001 for alpha, you will obtain the results you stated. I used 0.01 in the video at 4:16.

Are you referring to the formulas shown at 0:12? Those were typed in PowerPoint, saved As Picture (PNG), and added during editing (after recording). They could be typed directly in Excel as well: Insert > Symbol > Equation.
