Hello, I'm using BC WMS and when I started at this company directed put away and pick was allready turned on. I think for this company that is overrated, we have a 200M2 warehouse with 200 items (all in fixed bins). You mentioned in your video that it can also be turned off. I would like to see an instruction video of that because if I try to turn it off the system tells me that I can't have open sales or purchase orders and I can't have stock. Can you help me please. Hello, I have a query for Location White - Advance Warehouse where directed Putaway and Pick Boolean is True. I can also see Adjustment Bin... Currently what issue i have is - I have done the same thing - but i need an input from your end or different way of thinking. I'm now doing a Warehouse Physical Inventory Journal - While going into Process and Clicking on Calculate - System is showing me a notification of Adjustment Bin Code must not be Yes in BIN. Location Code = Main. Code = ADJ. WHy would system send me this notification as i have not changed anything into the system until now.

Could be a number or reasons in theory, but the most likely is that there is inventory sitting in the adjustment bin - likely due to a previous post of the Whse. Phys. Inventory Journal. After posting through the Whse. Phys. Inventory Journal, the items sit in the adjustment bin waiting for reconciliation with your accounting data. If you calculate the Warehouse Adjustment through the Item Journal, it should relieve Inventory from the adjustment bins into their true physical bins.
