I think you should have used an example that included the creation of an Identity NAT. I've never been onsite with a customer where the were not using NAT and in need of NAT exemption to make an IPsec or Remote Access VPN function.

I wonder who would need to create a S2S vpn between the same two devices, especially when the technology is so new! I opened this video hoping to see a vpn between an FTD and a completely different vendors Firewall like checkpoint and fortigate. Cause our lives is like that all the time.

We manage a network with only one fiber link that spans 170 miles. We will be using both FTDs with a site to site for our applications cluster backup connection using SLAs. If you understand the technology, you won't need to hold hands to connect to a Checkpoint (crappy interface) or Fortigate.

Can you use FMC to configure a Site to Site VPN between 2 managed firewalls, where one has the FTD unified image and the other is running ASA with FP? I see in FMC they are configured under 2 separate options when setting up a new VPN object.

you can ,but I can't manage to make it work phase 1 and phase 2 ok ,I can see encrypted packet on router but no decrypted packet on firepower ..no drop..no permit...nothing!

Hi Nanda, how can I launch FDM or FMC on FTD. In every Videos you have already launched UI for it. Can you please share a link of video which will give step by step procedure to launch FMC/FDM?

kzbin.info/www/bejne/rpLLhphor56rrck would show launching FDM, For FMC, simply install FMC, after installation, you FMC management IP on the browser, you should be able to access FMC.
