thats awesome, but how would i go about setting up routing to go from router 3 to router 5 for example?

Couple of ways of getting that to work, you could use static routes (but that's just hard work) or a routing protocol like RIP, EIGRP or OSPF. RIP is easy to configure and would be fine in a small network; large networks would need either EIGRP (must all be Cisco) or OSPF (open standard). I'll try and do some more videos when I get time of the various routing protocols and how to configure them.

@@tastafe-stevebrookes5484 connecting r3 to r5 without static route should work. Directly connected interfaces don't need static route. Am ı wrong?

@@furkanunal977 You are correct, directly connected networks don't need any static routes or a routing protocol. In this example though, R3 and R5 aren't directly connected - R4 is in the middle (so R3 and R5 are not directly connected) - this means you'll need either static routes or a routing protocol to get it all to work.
