Tbh I don't want to spoil the hype but I doubt those are the banners. Reason is that Hoyo wants us to spend savings before new archon, so 3 male characters with new 5* are unlikely considering male units are the least sold ( not hate or anything just stats ). So if we take the dragonspine event + wanderer to be true, imo or they move Zhongli to lantern rite and put Furina, or they swap Wrio for a waifu that sell ( Xianyun, Arlechino..)

I hope they they do rerun weapons. While i do have the festering desire and spindle. I see no reason that new players can't get them. Imagine if they never reran characters. If you want something exclusive to events. Let it be something that's not usable. Like the floating followers or banners. Maybe an exclusive unlimited consumable. Not weapons.
