Look at the RICS decision tree and it says you need a structure learning programme (which you can do yourself), that the learning objectives meet your needs and it involves interacting with the trainer (which you are doing now!) which means it’s formal. www.rics.org/content/dam/ricsglobal/documents/standards/cpd-decision-tree-160518-mb.pdf

@@Cheryl000712 Hi, it's going to be advising clients on the law and process behind this. Looking at the new competency guide you could be advising clients about protection they can take for the costs oof dispute resolution. You could be involved in dealing with third party DRS. Or, you could be advising the client on the must suitable method of dispute resolution. Hope that helps Dave
