The plaintiff says he just wanted to be friends with the defendant after they met on a dating app, but he kept showering the plaintiff with gifts. They became roommates, and now he’s suing for rent and emotional distress. The defendant claims he found out the plaintiff was a prostitute who forced him to file a restraining order.
