Yes unlimited funds among other modifiers can make the game as hard or easy as you like. 👍🏼

@@archie2003 it’s in game. When you start a new prison you have a bunch of choices including unlimited money. Also in the game is a section called “mutators” which can make the game easier or harder. When experimenting I even click the cheat option so I don’t have to wait for things to build.
