I had city overflowing with over educated people so i made offices and also 4.0 industries and just after a few sec not enough educated workers.. i had to re do the 4.0 and then it all worked again. and later my unemployment rate with so high and even tho i had demand for industry people hated that.. even tweeters kept complaining

for the farm industry, the crop types in the fields are not just for decoration, if you want to mill more flour you need to have only wheat fields or greenhouses

Your high school fence didn't work because you took it slightly too close to the road. Also, don't forget your freeform curve tool is your friend for situations like that. Warehouses have _noise_ pollution, but not _ground_ pollution. You can buffer noise pollution with a wall of trees where you need to near residential.
