No, Ham. You’re mostly wrong. We’re just not that deep. I would like to see Ellis and Edwards every night. Less or no Davion Mitchell would be helpful. But our bench, generally speaking, hasn’t been weak for lack of opportunity. It’s mostly because our GM hasn’t placed an emphasis on building a deep Roster. We let Davis and Metu go and didn’t replace or upgrade their production. We replaced Davis with nobody, and replaced Metu with Vezenkov, I guess. But, injuries aside, Vezenkov is too slow to have any significant impact in the NBA. I’d give my left kidney to get Davis and Dellavedova back on the Roster. That’s how anemic our bench is.

Here's another fun fact about the heat. Since the franchise started if you count how many times they missed the playoffs you would have fingers left over in 1 hand😮😊

As much as the three point defense is a problem, the simple truth is the kings have trouble defending ball screens and pick and roll, ultimately

Does Mike Brown hold players accountable? I’ve never noticed.

Miami is 5th in the East, dude. They’re 8 games over .500. Yeah, they’re only a half game out of the 6th, 7th and 8th spot, but they aren’t a .500 or barely .500 basketball team. For all intents and purposes, they have the same record as the Kings. Not exactly, but a few games doesn’t define any legitimate difference. Unless you factor in the competition level. Which is fair. The Kings have a tougher schedule. But, still. The Heat are legit. They’re a good NBA Basketball team. So, yeah. I agree with you. This is nothing like losing to Detroit, Charlotte or Portland. This was an unfortunate but acceptable loss. Not a tragic and unacceptable loss.

Are the kings an opportunistic defense? Even against the clippers they had like 20 open to wide open 3s the clippers shot and only made like 3ish of them? If fox isn't engaged early, Barnes n huerter won't get engaged n our defense gets obliterated. Maybe the difference was the kings against the clippers we're feeding the wide open shots to players they wanted to shoot it vs the heat they just were not engaged at all?
