My biggest hatred in these types of videos and communities is the need for a "performance", they discuss what they think are heavy topics and present them with the theater kid attitude that is better aligned with "dank-memes", it's hypocritical in many aspects. In a lot of these scenarios it's hard to take what they say seriously due to the presentation.

There doesn’t seem to be a reason for this to be such a big issue, considering there was already a private apology between him and her. Before she made her stream and before her corset wearing ginger flying monkey made his hit piece she deleted the recording of the call. I wonder why she lost the only proof of her and his claims So what do we have proof of, well we have proof of someone policing someone else’s social media and receiving a tame joke in response getting offended once it’s pointed out and then lying about not wanting to police the social media that their very own proof proves that’s exactly what she LITERALLY did we then have claims with absolutely no proof from both of them while the interviewer treats these two dipshits with kid gloves. Only halfway through and I actually watch both these guys content regularly, Mclung is always very overly passionate about drama and Jesse literally makes jokes about the annoying orange in his videos so he isn’t trying to be insensitive, he is actually just making a joke. I think it’s funny as a person who has been abused and watched annoying orange memes as 12 year old kid so idk. 😂Finishing the video now Edit after video: I think it’s important to understand the intent in Jesse reaching for an exchange advice in KZbin essentially where he is at mentally in his situation. He probably doesn’t want anything to do with Alex but we already know how Alex is and he probably holds that over his head. So I see it as him reaching out to a fellow victim trying to socialize outside of the bubble he is in and probably just doesn’t want to get into yet. And I know the intention of everyone making videos to correct his behavior, but like he’s not ready to talk about and we don’t have the right to force him to. We wouldn’t make one of Alex’s other victims talk about things when they aren’t ready and he obviously just wasn’t prepared to talk about Alex at all but obviously wanted to give an explanation and a little bit of context as to why to attempt to comfort sorta, unintentionally causing more anxiety about his relationship with Alex. When he just wants to probably be out of the whole the thing, he could be being forced to do anything but at the very minimum he has to talk to Alex, I think that’s even more context we need to know about why his humor is so misogynistic, and probably also why he’s watching the videos about abuse that are trending as a palette cleanser to what he’s forced to interact with and his videos could be him reenforcing his own values and beliefs he wants to have. I would also like to point out that the DM’s were leaked because of a livestream where she(I am so sorry I don’t remember your name) was triggered and should have been probably talking to a friend, respectfully. I know what it’s like for people to say a bunch of crap online even if it was true just because they were not being responded to. He stopped responding and was deleting things because he knows he didn’t respond correctly and created more anxiety even though he was just responding as his regular self. Being embarrassed and also frustrated because he feels cornered to have to take a stance on something and even give information on something he isn’t obligated to at all. Historically a lot of people have worked for people who abuse other people and sometimes even their own employees, only relatively recently has this kinda stuff started to change and can you really do something it, but I think it’s REALLY important to understand the obligations of taking care of your family and how much us as individuals are willing to tolerate just to make sure our babies have food and shelter. Now he doesn’t have kids but to want to be able to do anything to meet the needs of his family. Does that mean he’s taking abuse and potentially making misogynistic jokes behind the scenes to stay in the good graces of Alex, who knows. Buuuuut his distasteful jokes are funny to some people who experienced a very different type of abuse, my mom made awful jokes and when I learned to go along and make those jokes too sometimes we are told we are bad people by the abuser as a way to make us feel like bad people for only adapting our humor as a survival mechanism. We need to be more open minded here as someone who understands this mindset very well. I think everyone owes everyone an apology because psychology its not going to do anything good for everyone to try prodding this apology and some sort of response out of Jesse. HOT TAKE, I think we are all lacking the nuance we need to understand his intentions and where he is coming from. It seems like this is less of a personal situation and more of an overall issue with shitty creators on YT, who are growing at a faster pace.
