Nasal breathing, airway, co2 tollerance. nitric oxide amount and stability. Love Dr Bryan discussing that. And Mr Ignarro

For people who aren't at elevated risk of breast cancer, as a general rule it's good to have as much estrogen as you can tolerate without unwanted side effects. Estrogen is neuroprotective, increases muscle anabolism, and strengthens bones. I can understand the case for lowering it if you have a family history of breast cancer (although even then you might do better by adding raloxifene than by removing estradiol), but that recommendation really doesn't generalize to the rest of us.

Nice data set 😎 I focus on GKI ratio for most “bang” in a single data point to trend metabolic health. It is an inverse metric, and should be graphed on a log scale. GKI flys off to infinity if a person eats any carbs at all. My GKI mean for the last year with at least one measurement per day has been 7.2 with the last 28 days GKI of 3.7. Everything else, especially the MTHFR variant which I am also afflicted with ( causes high homocysteine and low heme levels and low folate ) are important for specific cases. Taking a methylated folate supplement helped with the low heme, a TMG supplement reduced the homocysteine.

This might be a great help to some people who have puzzling results with their n=1 experiments. God knows mainstream medicine often sucks.

Something has to change in USA healthcare and this idea might be it for many. Of course, allowing software to control health can only be as good as the design of the code, then the developer writing the code & the software testers who test the code as just 2 points that mist be addressed from jump street. Not sure how AI can drive in and do specific coding for the human ~population.

Our kids are way less sick once we changed to fluoride free toothpaste and haven't given then anti-biotics. I had ear infections as a kid and chronic low grade sickness. I'm trying to decipher if that was part of it. I think so. Anti-biotics are everywhere and I think they all need to go away. Killing gut bugs, pasteurizing, preservatives etc... bad i think for all areas.

From my very limited knowledge on AI, it would seem to be a coding exercise in siphoning out all the bad data IF your LLM is the entire net that is really a cesspool of inaccurate data in many cases, ESP medical data.. Did you write your own LLM for your AI engine, like Dave is doing with his research on cholesterol so your AI engine is totally and only ~aware of medical data that is current and can be applied to each specific person?
