As far as the weight loss, try to approach it as a life style change. Introducing healthier foods, keeping hydrated and of course getting in more exercise and getting the proper rest. I’m glad Dr Williams isn’t one of those docs that would of just did it to get money. Glad he broke it down for you and us. I think you will be fine with them as they are. I know for me I have big boobs and when I lose weight, my boobs get smaller. Bench press, dumbbells and push-ups helped for me keep a good shape for my boobs when I was losing weight. You can only take things a day at a time. You are already on the working out journey so you are half way through the battle. You can do it we all believe in you and I know you do too.

I would get them reduced again. You have a look that you desire that can only be achieved thru a more defused chest. You’ll either have to bind your chest or reduce them further. The question is, is it more important to keep sensation in your nipples or not? He’s basing it on trying to keep the feminization of your body and nerves in tack. from what I understand about body dysmorphia…you want a more defused chest and a less feminine representation especially in your chest/torso in general. I don’t have nipple sensation from a breast reduction and I couldn’t care less because I finally look like the version of myself that I actually align with. The body and mind struggle when they don’t reflect one another.

Ezee if you loose weight and gain some muscle by adding weight workouts you can loose a good bit also. I wanted to tell you that from my experience but i wanted you to hear it from the doctor first. I think that weight gain happens to a lot of people who gets a reduction so dont beat yourself up just get dedicated to working out and loosing weight. Dont know if you can or want to afford it cause i know i cant, you can get you a personal trainer.

You look good. Just work on losing weight. Maybe do that raw diet again or have your mom help you out with losing weight. You could make your own home gym with the amount of space you have. Its going to take time but if you really stick to losing weight then you will lose weight and then you will see how your breasts would really look like. I myself is trying to lose weight and it's tough but I'm making it a goal of mine. I wish you all the best in this journey of yours. When I was working out I had large breast but they weren’t to wide so definitely working out your upper body helps narrow your breast alot ! It wasn’t until I gained weight my boobs where going so far wide near my armpit and now I am very unhappy with that .
