Great workout. I’m a total newbie at congas. Been playing drums for several years, but this has renewed my fire. Thanks so much for your videos. Means so much.

This is the best tutorial yet for an newbie like myself and I can cope with level 2s on most :-) with a wee cuppla bars at level 3 in the bucketafish... lol... fabulous sir... I'll be viewing this constantly this week... and my arms and hands need it.. wow, how sore and tight can they get?.. but, it feels like I'm actually playing a rythm now big Thumbs up Kalani... sorry to come to the party late :-)

Kalani, I really like this video. I've been searching for videos to practice to, and this one is great for me: basic as well as challenging and fun. And I love the fish. Nothing better than drumming and laughing at the same time! I'd like to request a bongaerobics video or frame drum finger stuff for practice. Thanks.

Great! I'll produce more like this. It's nice to have a guided practice session, right? - And light a little....

This is great. I did good up until the buketafish. I got the right hand going and matching yours when it was slow but when you started alternating and going faster I couldn’t figure out how to do it. Do you have a separate video showing this slower and longer?

Good training tutorial, thanks! Do you think you could prepare something like this for djembe?

I find your lessons and warm-ups extremely helpful in learning to play congas....in addition to my local private lessons. I'd like to get full benefit of what you have to offer by joining Patreon. I don't know how this works. I don't mind paying for quality lessons or any of the benefits of Patreon, but there are no instructions, no way to ask questions, to find out about billing. I don't have the time to even try to figure it out. What is Patreon anyway?

You basically sign up to a website and get billed at the end of the month with a small amount depending on how many videos the artist created. You get access to some content that isn't in youtube. It takes 5 minutes.
